This is Lizy's Blog.

I like this picture. And I like the message on the sign.At first I felt kind of awkward blogging that because in the context I found the picture it is associated with occupy wall street and I feel like I can’t say anything to anyone about that without offending someone…and being dragged into an argument about the evils of corporate America or alternately, the sense of entitlement the protestors have. My opinion falls somewhere between on the spectrum, and frankly I’m not interested in talking about it anymore, not today, and I hate that I feel like I need to put a disclaimer on this post. Really the only thing you should take away from reading this is that I think it is a beautiful and very powerful image, and if you must look for a subtext I hope you find that my secret reason for putting this on my blog was because I am strongly in favor of art and especially partial to photography.
